The Office suite is a set of programs that are familiar to almost every computer user. Its next edition in the single-user version, for example, features a refreshed, clear user interface and access to the dark theme, which more and more people choose to take care of their vision.

As always with new editions of the Office suite, the programs have received new features, such as a tool for editing and translating texts and handwriting recognition. This means that you can write or underline text and enter various types of patterns with your finger, stylus, or mouse. Another advantage is Microsoft Translator, which is an integrated dictionary that suggests words in the language we need.

With an internet connection, there are two more advantages. The first is the ability to share and edit documents in real time, which makes group work for school, for example, much easier. Secondly, there is the intelligent search function, which allows you to find the information you need on the internet without leaving the Word window.

Interestingly, Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019 also offers audible hints that point out errors or suggest certain changes. But improvements are not only in the text, but also in the graphical elements. Animated graphics, scalable vectors, lightning-fast and easy animation creation... Documents and multimedia presentations will now be even more visually appealing! For PowerPoint, an easier insertion of 3D graphic objects has also been added.

The manufacturer did not forget about Excel, and support for LaTex equations has been added. This allows for easier calculations in the field of mathematics or physics and trouble-free writing of chemical formulas. Learning - mainly subjects from the field of natural sciences - will now be much easier! In addition, the program also introduces new types of charts (up to 6!), which greatly facilitate the visualization of presented data. The timeline option also allows for an aesthetic, graphical representation of chronology.

Microsoft also took care of inclusion through the Accessibility Checker. From now on, you can check whether a text or graphic file is readable for people with disabilities before sending it. Collaborative learning and sharing of documents are also possible, as with the help of the free program Microsoft Teams, you can, for example, share your screen and discuss and explain tasks more easily.
